From the Abbey of St Remy in South Belgium - #10 "the blue cap" - quite complex, can stand on its own, in place of a port wine, or complimenting hearty roasts (Think lamb or pork shanks with pan sauces). Pours dark brown with a brown/buff head layers of flavors and aromas from apricot to port to oak to subtle vanilla and leather.
