What are your hours?

Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

How do I place an order?

  • Come visit us at 4508 Cherry Hill Rd Arlington VA 22207
  • Place your order online shoparrowine.com or over the phone 703-525-0990. We fill orders in the order they are received, whether over the phone or online.
  • We highly recommend placing your order in advance.
  • Fill up your cart with any products you see on our online store. We continually update it with new products and replenish inventory when existing items sell out. If you don't see what you are looking for, you can call us at 703-525-0990 or email us at wine@arrowine.com or cheese@arrowine.com.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

  • Most orders take around an hour to fulfill but it varies based on the day of the week. It can take as few as five minutes if you're getting one bottle of wine on a Tuesday. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy for us, and it can take up to two hours to fill an order. If you need your order on Friday or Saturday, we recommend placing it the day before or early in the morning.
  • Orders placed after 6:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays may not be filled that day. We are very sorry about this and will do our best to fill orders as fast as possible.
  • The best days to pick up your order are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

    Why has it been over an hour and I haven't gotten a "ready for pickup" email?

    • If it is a Friday or Saturday we are likely backed up on orders. You can give us a call to get an update on your order status. Please call 703-525-0990.
      • We may occasionally adjust the local pickup fulfillment time to 2 hours when we are extremely busy.
    • We are waiting to fulfill your order.
      • Did you order a product that says (Arrives __Month/___Day)?
      • Did you order a Future/Tomorrow baguette in addition to other items?

    How do I pick up my order?

    1. When you arrive please park in the front or back of the store. Please come inside or to the table out front and let us know your name. You can also call 703-525-0990.

    Do I have to pick up my order the same day I place it?

    • No. You can pick up your order at your convenience. You can leave us a note on the cart page telling us when you'll be by, if it won't be the same day as your order.

    What should I do if items are incorrect/missing from my order?

    • Unfortunately, this can happen, and we apologize in advance. Please call us at 703-525-0990, and we will complete the rest of your order immediately and have it ready for you upon your return. If you cannot return that day you can call us to request a refund.

     

    Why isn't my gift card working!?

    • Is your gift card a physical credit-card-style gift card? Unfortunately, these must be redeemed in-store at our registers. You can also redeem this over the phone by providing us with the really long number on the back of the card. You can shop our store online and then call us to place your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    How can we support Arrowine?

    • Keep on shopping with us! You can buy gift cards on our online store. Please note that these gift cards can only be redeemed online.

    How do discounts work?

    • Buy 6 bottles of regularly priced (not on sale) wines get 5% off. Buy 12 bottles of regularly priced (not on sale) wines, and get 10% off.
    • Email sale wines that receive a set by dollar discount are good for 5 days or until sold out. We sometimes extend these sales if there is sufficient availability. These products do not contribute to reaching the 6 or 12 bottle levels.

     

    Do you ship?

    • No. We do not currently ship any products. You may be asked for a "shipping address" when checking out, but rest assured that your order will not be shipped to you.

    What do I do if I forgot to pick up my order and can i get a refund?

    • We can hold your order for pickup until you're ready.
    • Please note that perishable items must be picked up within 3 days. Please note that we do not process refunds for perishable items that have been left behind.
    • Non-perishable items such as wine and beer will be ineligible for a refund after 30 days.
