Tasting Notes : Il Misco is a wine of great personality and elegance, at the sight it is straw yellow, bright and shiny. On the nose it recalls ripe fruit, sweet almond, acacia flowers, star anise, with citrus hints. Long persistent taste with sapid and mineral notes, it goes perfectly with great seafood dishes, medium-aged cheeses and white meats
"Misco" is the ancient name of the Musone, the river towards which our vineyards descend: the "Vigneti di Tavignano". But it is also the "Selection" of musts (flower must), the product in which the Company pays the greatest care both in the harvesting phase, with the sorting of the grapes and the manual collection in boxes, and in the mashing phase with the soft pressing of the whole grapes. This particular attention, which is addressed to the grapes both in the harvesting phase and in the processing, has the aim of obtaining products with particular finesse, typicality and long duration.
