Alcohol : 12,5%
Grape : Cabernet Sauvignon
Localisation : Kamptal, Austria
Tasting Notes : Very aromatic with ripe paprika notes, nuances of fresh raspberries and elderberries on the nose. The Cabernet Sauvignon is always characterized by an independent, beautiful interplay of fruit and acid, which makes the overall character tighter and more elegant.

Food Pairing : This Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé goes ideally with salads with seafood, salmon and also with ham dishes. But it is also great as an aperitif and as a fresh summer wine to be enjoyed on the terrace. Very aromatic, ripe currants, nuances of fresh raspberries and elderberries, on the palate a playful, great acidity that emphasizes the red fruits, very balanced.
The Domain: Karl and Brigitta Steininger took over the winery located in Langenlois Kamptal, Austria from Karl's parents in 1980, back then it was a mixed farm with a few vineyards. Karl attended the wine-growing school and Brigitta grew up in a winery in Zöbing and knew the daily life of a family of winegrowers. Together they decided to quit farming and concentrate on winemaking , their vineyard is now over 135 acres. Very soon they saw that you could only score points with high quality wines, both in Austria and internationally. After some trips to Champagne country, they started creating sparkling wine in 1989 - which are produced with the exact same methodology and natural bubbles as Champagne. They specialize in both wine and sparkling wine (the noblest form of wine). Their motto is “Good wines are created only by the perfect interplay of many factors: in addition to the natural influences such as soil, climate and weather, our personal experiences and ideas also flow into our wines and thus give them a very special touch”.
