Grape(s): Pinot Noir
Localization: Oregon, Willamette Valley, USA
Tasting Notes: Dark red cherry aromas waft from the glass, with hints of cinnamon. The palate offers cranberry & kirsch flavors, with some fresh strawberry on the backside. The finish is quite focused & medium length, with pure cherry essence & bright acid.
Food pairing: Enjoy with Roast Chicken or Pork Chops with Cherry Miso Mostardo.
The Domain: As a grower and wine producer since 1999 in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, our handcrafted wines begin in the vineyards we own and farm. We emphasize low yields and careful hands-on management of the vines to produce wines that express the unique characteristics of our vineyard sites, including our older vines planted in the early 1970s.
