The "Bambino" from Gennari. The manufacture uses the same milk as Parmigiano Reggiano, but full cream, which makes this cheese even richer and creamier. It is produced in presses of around 10kg, enriched with summer truffle flavor (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) and ripened for min. 4 months As you taste it, you'll notice the soft and gentle flavor evokes sweet yoghurt-like notes and a delicious creaminess. We recommend it as a superb accompaniment for drinks, for your gourmet risottos, or served in shavings over a tasty carpaccio. It's a pure taste sensation!
