The orignal munster from Alsace, don't be fooled this is not your tame grocery store munster. This pungent aromatic cheese has a sticky tacky orange rind with a rich paste thats is spreadable but not oozy. Lots of meaty oniony flavors perfect on a piece of rye with some belgian beer.
