This organic Farmstead Dutch gouda is made in Ouddorp Netherland on a small farm, where the goats are fed exclusively on grass, clover, herbs and hay. If you’ve tried Cypress Grove’s Midnight Moon, this cheese is a must try cheese for you! Mekkerstee is aged, some crystallization appearing, yet its texture is very creamy on the palate. Nutty, with some sweet buttery notes and some salinity.
