The Domain: In the early 1900s, we planted our first vines at the Sant’Andrea Estate, in Rosciano. They are our company’s true historical and cultural heritage and their rooted cuttings are used to plant new vineyards. The Sant’Andrea Estate is located about 300 meters above sea level and covers an area of about 50 hectares, 30 of which are vineyards. In this area, the vineyards benefit greatly from the nutrients that the soil provides, given the presence of tuff and predominantly clayey soil. At our Estate, 24 hectares are cultivated with Montepulciano grapes, about two hectares with Chardonnay grapes in the Punta di Colle area, and about two hectares with Pinot Noir grapes for our sparkling wine base. We have also planted Maiolica, an ancient black grape variety.

The Milano Estate, in the municipality of Rosciano, covers an area of about 27 hectares, of which 15 hectares are Montepulciano and six hectares are Pecorino. Near the vineyards, in an area of about one hectare, is an olive grove with the Maurino, Frantoio, Itrana, and Leccio del Corno varieties. The remaining five hectares of the property are woods. The composition, exposure, and position of the soil make it highly suitable for growing vines and olive trees.
