AROMA: Crackery malt, spice cabinet, lemon blossom
FLAVOR: Bread crust, fresh hay bale
MOUTHFEEL: soft, low bitterness
RAD DETAILS: Remember when we brewed The Authentic DDH? We meant for it to be a one off, so we gave it a joke name that no one ended up getting but then you all fell in love with it and it won Best in Show at CA Craft Beer Cup (which blew our tiny domes to smithereens & we’re so damn grateful!). We think it represents our lager program perfectly and we’ll be having around as much as freaking possible.
