Thick and spicy puree from the highly aromatic Espelette chili pepper. 90% made from the pulp of ripe Espelette pepper, blent with cider vinegar. Extremely tasty on bread, for grilling, or as a condiment. Must try in rich desserts such as chocolate mousse.
Haranea is located in Itxassou, one of the 10 villages around Espelette that are allowed to grow the Espelette Pepper. Three passionate associates Christian Aguerre, Gilles Billaud and Martine Bouquerot defend and promote sustainable and organic farming.
