Kynthos Halloumi cheese is made by hand from a mixture of cow's, sheep's & goat's milk.  The soft, springy, curd resembles a fresh mozzarella and has a mild yet tangy flavor similar to feta. It is known for its extremely high melting point and maintains its texture when fried or grilled. This fantastic gourmet cheese can be grilled, grated, marinated, fried or eaten plain.
