The sonic advantage and superior sound quality of the Stradavarious Violin have been a mystery studied by scientist for years. When we had the idea to make one of our favorite farmhouse ales with a newer hop, Strata, the Stratavarious name stuck and our own experiments and studies began.
Deceptively simple, we took our complex farmhouse base Austin, and dry hopped it with one of our favorite new hops, Strata. Stratavarious pours golden yellow with a pillowy head. Delicate aromas of straw and lemongrass transform into elegant layers of nuanced citrus, complex mango, grapefruit, bright melon and berry with a dry tart finish. Stratavarous shows off the latest in our farmhouse program with an incredible #balancedacidity making this newest farmhouse ale extremely flavorful and drinkable. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.
