Tasting Notes: This wine is pale yellow with bright reflections. On the nose, it reveals fine fruit aromas. It is off-dry, showing citrus flavors (grapefruit, lemon) and vivid acidity on the palate.
Food pairing: Pairs well with shrimp and grilled fish, shells, and poultry but is also excellent with fresh goat cheese.
The Domain: Winegrowers from father to son, for many generations, we have had the pleasure of owning vines on each side of the Loire in the Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Coteaux du Giennois appellations.
