Tasting Notes: Deep ruby/purple in color, it’s packed with floral (violets) and red fruit (cherry and raspberry) aromas. The easy-to-drink and balanced palate features red fruit in the high range, fresh blue fruit below, and a shake of peppercorn spice adding intrigue. The medium long finish is concentrated and charming, with fresh acidity keeping it from feeling heavy. Outstanding!
The Domain: Each vineyard plot as well as each grape variety is vinified on their own and our specific approach consists of gentle maceration of the grapes in a concrete tank over a period of 20 to 30 days. The tanks have a temperature control system and the time of maceration is carefully thought out according to the tastings and following our consultant enologist’s advice.
