Alcohol: 13%
Grape(s): Pinot Noir
Localization: Côte D'Or, Burgundy, France
Tasting Notes: The red Burgundy from Domaine Bart offers a fruity Pinot Noir. We discover subtle notes of undergrowth and vanilla in the mouth, which bring a little complexity to the cuvée. The whole is on red fruits (blackcurrant) and gluttony.
Food Pairing: Burgundy fondue, moeurette egg, and pork rillettes will go perfectly with this cuvée!
The Domain: Domaine Bart is a wine estate in Marsannay in the northern Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, chiefly producing red wines from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Pierre Bart represents the sixth generation of the family to run the estate. There are 22 hectares (54 acres) of estate vineyards, mostly in Marsannay, making nine different single-vineyard Pinot Noir wines.
