Tasting Notes: Fresh and expressive with aromas of bergamot, lemon zest, and juicy white peach. The palate reveals wildflowers, dried fruits, and a touch of tropical fruit, all wrapped in a creamy texture with fine bubbles and a lively, citrus-driven finish.
Notes: This Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of three years on the lees. It includes a generous proportion of reserve wines, enhancing its complexity and depth. The dosage is around 8g/L, striking a balance between freshness and roundness.
Food pairing: Ideal with seafood, chicken dishes, oyster gratin, shellfish, or even red mullet. Also lovely as an aperitif.
