Silky custard bursts with ripe banana flavor before fading into a maple undercurrent that’s as rich as the pure Vermont syrup it’s made with (courtesy of our partners at Butternut Mountain Farm). And the French toast gravel — spiced with dark brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, butter, and more maple — softens delicately into the cream.
