We had our buds over from A.W. Wander and Beer Tree to brew a German style pils. Continuing on our never ending seek for lager perfection, we continuously hopped this in the boil with saaz hops, with a large addition of motueka hops in the whirlpool. Fermented slow and cold, its been conditioning for a month and is ready to go. This is our best pilsner to date.
