In-Store Shopping & Pick-up Policies

Welcome Back. We really missed you.

On behalf of the Arrowine team, I thank you for altering the way you shop with us this past year. It means the world to us.

We are thrilled to tell you that we are open for in-store shopping starting tomorrow, Tuesday. That said, our transition will be gradual and we ask for your patience and assistance as we navigate this new phase of the pandemic.

Important Notes for In-Store Shopping:
Please enter and exit, or wait in line, by the single front door that is closest to Randolph’s. The line will swing to the left toward Randolph's.

To allow for social distancing, we will limit the number of customers in our store to 10. We will increase this number as it becomes clear that we can safely accommodate more.

Please take a minute to survey the store before entering. We will ask you to wait outside if we are above capacity. If you would prefer not to wait, we will be happy to assist you from our pick-up tables at the front double doors.

Our online store will remain operational moving forward. We ask that you place orders at least the day prior to pick up to help keep fulfillment timely and ensure product availability.

Order pick-ups will remain outside at the back door and the front double doors. If you would like to come inside to shop and have an order to pick-up please pick-up before entering or after leaving.

For the near term and to respect those with various comfort levels, we still require masks inside. As the Arlington community and our Arrowine family get more comfortable with the new guidelines, we look forward to removing this requirement. Thank you for your continued patience as we reopen.
