Corvina is a late-ripening Italian grape variety grown in the Veneto that’s low in tannin and high in acidity. It is integral in Valpolicella wines, including the region’s famous Amarone. This 100% Corvina is varietally classic with red berried fruits, black cherry, and spice that entices fans of juicy Rhône-style blends, Zinfandel, and of course, Valpolicella.
