Tasting Notes: Golden yellow colored wine; the nose is clear, intense and complex. Main aromas: citrus fruits (orange, tangerine), exotic fruits (passion fruit, ripe pine apple). Few floral notes (lily of the valley) and pinesap. Wonderfully rich, with good length and freshness.

Notes: Vinification occurs at controlled temperatures in a range of thermo-regulated stainless steel and fiberglass tanks

The DomainDomaine Bellevue is a family-owned estate growing vines and making wines for four generations. Today, the estate cultivates 28 ha of vines: – 13 ha of Sauvignon, 15 ha of Chardonnay, 6 ha of Gamay, 5 ha of Cabernet, 2 ha of Cot, 0.5 ha of Chenin The vines are approximately twenty-five years old. The average production is about 180,000 bottles. Situated on the slopes of the right shore of the Cher Valley, the vineyard is settled on a light siliceous stony ground and clayey-limestone subsoil. Patrick Vauvy took over the family Domaine in 1991 after studying viticulture and enology at agricultural college. For the past 5 years, Domaine Bellevue has conducted a survey of the grounds of the estate in order to find the best expression of each grape variety depending on Terroir. In 2003, the estate was certified by Terras-Vitis.
