Alcohol: 12.5%
Grape(s): Doña Blanca, Godello
Localization: Bierzo, Spain
Tasting Notes: In the glass, it shows a brilliant, yellow-green color that invites you to enjoy. It impresses with aromas of floral notes and fresh fruits. A touch of minerality and subtle notes of fennel and citrus fears underline the fragrance. On the palate, it is well-structured, creamy, and fresh.
The Domain: The young winery Godelia, run by the long-established farming family García Rodriguez, is a farmhouse typical of the region, which has been converted into a winery. Quaint and cozy, it nestles in the mountainous landscape and also inspires the pilgrims of St. James, whose way to Santiago de Compostela leads past the winery. Therefore, the scallop, the symbol of the pilgrims, can also be found on the capsule.
