Patrick Giboulot has lived all his youth between the vines of the family estate. After a few years spent in the air force juggling between plans and flight lines, he returned in 2014 to the family land to juggle between vine plants and vineyard.Third generation of growers of the family vineyards, his only obsession is the quality of his great Burgundy wines and the respect of climates.
