Tasting Notes: The Pinot Grigio lifts from the glass with a delicate blend of white flowers and ginger-tinged yellow apples. It's soothingly round with tactile mineral tones that add a crunchy sensation as tart orchard fruits cascade throughout. Lime nuances resonate through the medium length and crisply refreshing finale.

The Domain: Cantina Girlan was founded in 1923 in an ancient farmstead from the 16th century. Today, about 200 winegrowers and their families farm an area covering 220 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are located in the Alto Adige region at altitudes ranging from 450 to 500 meters above sea level. The grapes are hand-picked and gently processed to ensure high quality.
