Tasting Notes: Bright, clear, and straw-yellow in color with a nose led by aromas of grapefruit and lemon chiffon. Cifras Blanca delivers a multidimensional palate that is fresh, acidic, and accented with saline notes, as well as being long, full-bodied, and deliciously unctuous.

Notes: From the "Espilver" vineyard, located in Labastida on a steep slope of the Sierra Cantabria. The grape harvest is carried out by hand in the winery's own vineyard. Fermented in concrete eggs with frequent stirring. Aged in concrete eggs.

Food pairing: Cured Spanish meats, Iberian cured ham, fish dishes with sauces, grilled meat, and small game. Very suitable for hot, sunny days at midday and pairs well with tapas.

The Domain: Exeo is a family winery, located in the urban center of Labastida , initiative of Fidel Fernández Gibaja , who is followed by his sons Carlos, Fidel, and his grandson Guillermo . The winery is part of the inheritance of a dynasty of viticulturists with 24 hectares of its own vineyard, some of which are over 100 years old.
