The Domain: It all started in the early 2000s. The winemaker Apostolos Moutrichas of the Avadis Estate in Evia fell in love with Santorini and the strong personality of Assyrtikos. In 2012 he returned to vinify the top indigenous variety in the volcanic terroir of Santorini.
His philosophy is based on wines with purity of fruit, strict structure , varietal characteristics & balance. Wines that reflect their connection with the arid Santorini land , with the majesty of nature, the volcano , the sun, the sea breeze, the Cycladic air – the strong personality of this unique PDO region. High quality wines sealed with the raw beauty of Santorini. These are the wines of Anhydrous.
