Tasting Notes: A blend of 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, this red wine has a long skin fermentation with lots of aeration, followed by oak maturation for 8 months in French and American oak. A deep and brilliant ruby red, this wine has tantalizing notes of red fruit and cassis, with a hint of vanilla. Enjoy alongside red meat, stews, and chicken.
