Tasting Notes: Its color is dark red, almost black. Its very powerful nose exudes aromas of red fruits. On the palate, the tender and fruity attack is dominated by notes of ripe cherries. On the finish, the tannins are present but very round and velvety.

The Domain: For four generations, the “black wine” has been flowing through the Vigouroux family’s veins. If the passing down of the winemaking know-how is important in viticulture, the passion for Malbec is even more remarkable in heredity, guiding the family since 1887 on the historic Cahors vineyards and beyond, in search of a terroir/grape variety symbiosis.
