Tasting Notes: A pleasant yet characterful organic Prosecco that really gives the feeling it tastes like the grapes it was made from. Outstanding concentration for flavors for the style. An excellent utterly soft and creamy sparkling wine, crisp with good acidity yet extremely balanced with a smooth texture, delicate fruity sweetness, and a great overall balance. The color is elegantly pale like expected from the style. A rather pale lemon color. Subtle enough to envision being paired successfully with many types of foods. A discrete and elegant sparkling wine.

Notes: Organic Prosecco and all other Corvezzo wines are produced with grapes cultivated exclusively without pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.

The Domain: We are aware of the unique quality of our vineyards and of the territory where they naturally grow. The family’s winery and vineyard (154ha) are located near Treviso, between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, a perfect area for the production of organic grapes.
