Tasting Notes: A sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. The fragrance is clear and intense with fresh hints of citrus fruit. The flavor is dry so this Brut can be enjoyed throughout the meal.

Fresh and fragrant, this delivers aromas of ripe orchard fruits and nuts, with a whiff of yellow wild flowers. The linear palate offers crisp pear, apple and lightly toasted almond alongside brisk acidity and a firm, refined perlage. It closes on a note of fresh peach and chopped herbs. 

The Domain: It is a project born in 2002 motivated by the desire to give a voice to this noble territory that was given to us. The continuous research in our vineyards over the years in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG area has allowed us to discover terroirs that have a particular expression. These unique vineyards, with our intuition together with experimentation in the cellar, have given birth to le Particelle, wines with an inimitable identity.

From 2021 le Particelle will be labeled as ” Rive”, this typology highlights the different expressions of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, obtained from the steepest vineyards with grapes from a single village or district of it, to enhance the characteristics that the territory gives to the wine.
