Tasting Notes: The attack on the palate is lively and fresh. There are notes of almonds, dried fruit and hazelnut which make it a fine and tense champagne. The finale of this champagne lets us perceive some perfectly melted tannins which provide a little structure without compromising the freshness of this champagne, ideal for an aperitif.
The Domain: Born to a French father and a Belgian mother, René Bauser only saw his future in his village, Les Riceys.
Daring bet: his optics of the vine... A winegrower for several years, he was sure that he would become a winegrower. Plant your vineyard, build your cellar, and produce your wines. Goal to achieve... Its first champagnes arrived on the table in 1975.
A successful bet, three children were born from his marriage who followed the same path.
