A saison brewed with our dear friends from olfactory brewing and blending. We mashed local deer creek malt barley, wheat, and triticale: hopped with aged hops, fresh saaz, and motueka lupulin powder; fermented with a classic saison yeast; conditioned with our mixed culture; and refermented in the bottle.
