The Domain: Company Aecovi-Jerez, founded in 1989, is being marketed as a "second-tier society", which consists of four smaller co-op zone Marco de Jerez ("sherry triangle") - Catolico-Agrícola (Chipiona), Nuestra Señora de las Angustias (Jerez), Covisan (Sanlucar de Barrameda) and Union de Viticultores Chiclaneros (Chiclana). All under the auspices of the company is about 1 200 small suppliers of grapes or 20% of all the vineyards of the "triangle".
The wines are produced under the brand name Aecovi since 2008 using only traditional methods of winemaking and certified raw material. Part of the company's wines (Jerez-Xeres-Sherry, Manzanilla-Sanlucar de Barrameda) is classified DO, the rest are labeled wine Tierra de Cadiz.
