French-style salami seasoned with black pepper, garlic and white wine.  A great snack and a must on your charcuterie board! 
Ingredients: pork, salt, sugar, black pepper, white wine, garlic, potassium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture in beef casing.  Size about 7 oz and Aged about 4 weeks
