Tasting Notes : Lago Red features a dark Ruby colour. On the nose reveals an aroma of red ripe blackberry with well-integrated toasted woody notes, revealing rich body and elegance. This polished red features glazed cherry and plum flavours that are detailed with accents of herb, pepper and fresh earth. "Winemaker"s Notes" Red fruits such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Fresh flora note and black current undertones.
Food Pairing : Perfect alone or as an aperitif. Ideal to match with roasts, grilled meats and Pasta. Also, soft cheeses and desserts in general.

The Vineyard : The fruit for Lago Red was hand harvested at the perfect point of maturation from multiple parcels and immediately processed at the wine cellar.
Vinification Method : The previously selected grapes were de-stemmed and slightly pressed. The extracted juice is decanted by gravity. It was then fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control during approximately 15 days. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and stabilized.
