Tasting Notes: Just like the region’s famous whites, it has a racy, zesty, tongue-tickling freshness, plus suggestions of peach and watermelon that are particularly mouthwatering. Open a bottle when it’s chilled and you’re thirsty for best results.

The Domain: Jean-Louis and Timothy are the guarantors of Domaine Legros, in the purest respect for tradition by combining modernity and experience. They cultivate 9 hectares in the Sancerre appellation, planted to 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Pinot Noir. Most of the vineyard is located on the beautiful hillsides of the commune of Sury en Vaux. The family business was founded in 1740; since then, six generations of winegrowers have followed one another.
