Tasting Notes: The Sulé is characterized by a deep golden color, with orange reflections. The nose opens with pleasant aromas of apricots, plums and figs, enriched with spicy nuances of licorice and saffron. On the palate it is pleasantly sweet, fresh and with a delicate fruity viscosity.

Notes: It is produced exclusively with Erbaluce di Caluso grapes, harvested only by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in barriques with a soft pressing at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages in barriques for 3 years, and for a further 12 months in bottle.

Food Pairing: At the end of a meal, "Sulé" pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, especially natural Gorgonzola. It's excellent with dry pastries.

The Domain: The history of the Orsolani winery began at the end of the nineteenth century, when Giovanni Orsolani and his wife Domenica returned from America recalled by the nostalgia of their land, the Canavese. Here they opened a restaurant: the Locanda Aurora and while his wife followed the activity in the kitchen, Giovanni worked in the vineyard and in the cellar for the wine production.

Today, our family is dedicated solely to the production of wines and sparkling wines, obtained almost exclusively from our vineyards, located in the most classic production areas. The Orsolani Winery produces about 150,000 bottles, 90% of which is represented by the Erbaluce, the true love of the family.
