The Cordero 1958 brand is the new expression of the historic Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo company, which was founded in 1958 by Luigi Cordero who began grinding grains for artisanal bread-making in the local area.
Since 1992 there has been an evolution and the old processes have been abandoned, to start a new type of packaging: vacuum, which allows to keep the organoleptic characteristics of the products intact, preserving their fibers, vitamins and nutritional values. Since then this has become the main activity of the company, thanks to which today the products are requested and appreciated in many countries around the world.
