Andre Laurent's classic white lingot beans from Champagne region of France are delicately cooked with goose fat and delicious herbs like rosemary, thyme and sage for ready to serve, protein-rich side dish.

Lingot beans are long white beans grown in South West France, typically for making cassoulet. These beans have been cooked slowly in goose fat and are delicious on their own, or can be used as an accompaniment to savory dishes, for example duck confit and/or sausages.

Ingredients: Rehydrated white beans 66%, broth (water, salt, beef broth [natural flavors, dextrose, thickening agent: di-starch phosphate (E1412), dehydrated beef 0.006%, parsley, colorings ammonia caramel (E150)], garlic, pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage, laurel), goose fat 1%.
