Hédène rhododendron honey from the Pyrénées is a rare and precious product, obtained from the nectar of rhododendron ponticum and rhododendron ferrugineux, two wild rhododendron species. Harvested at altitudes of over 1,500 meters, for the most part between late July and early September, its light color, creamy texture and liquid state are the hallmarks of an exceptional mountain honey.
