Food pairing: These characteristics make it a perfect wine to accompany Mediterranean cuisine, roasts, cheeses and cured meats.

The Domain: This is a family story, like so many in Italian viticulture, started by the founder Giuseppe Masci in the immediate post-war period. It is a story of passion and sacrifices, of sharecropping and emigration, of return and of hope for a better future. In the 1960s, after a period of emigration abroad, Giuseppe's four sons resumed cultivating vineyards and became aware of the great winemaking vocation of their territory in Villamagna. From Torre Monache, the original nucleus of the estate, in 1979 the company moved to Valle Martello, from which it subsequently inherited the name. The current generation has the third act of this story. In fact, since 2000, five cousins have followed with conviction the project begun seventy years earlier, which is based on the same ideals, contents and values as the beginning.
