Tasting Notes: The Lambrusco has a fine bubble and a deep ruby-red color. Nice bitters, a nice deep substance, and aromas of small red fruit. Very nice finish with cherries.

The Domain: The winery was officially founded in 2020 with the conviction of producing wines without compromising on quality and in full respect of natural balances. Tenuta La Fiaminga has a surface area of almost 10 hectares, half of which is cultivated with Grasparossa grapes (the vines are 20 years old on average) and a small portion of land cultivated with Trebbiano.

We produce sparkling wines with red and rosé colors. The production philosophy is based entirely on the “ancestral method” and the “traditional method”, with the fermentation process finalized in the bottle. Our goal is to provide a natural quality product, expressing the vine to the maximum of its capabilities and avoiding “industrial” or “corrective” techniques.

The agricultural philosophy, similar to the approach in the cellar, is based on a subtle balance between natural/biological processes and human intervention, with manual work being maintained in every process where there is still the possibility.

This approach places us in front of continuous daily choices, respecting natural balances, but at the same time never extreme.

The treatments are carried out entirely within the limits of European organic standards.

Our entrepreneurial values are shared with our long-time family friend and business partner Frank Cornelissen, the renowned winemaker on Mount Etna in Sicily.

Frank supports the project by providing advice on all aspects of the business.

For us, this collaboration is a guarantee of quality, as represented by his over twenty years of experience as a producer and authoritative wine expert.
