Notes: More complex and a symbol of the evolutionary potential of the Staffolo wine is the Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCG Classico "Rincrocca". It comes from a rigorous selection of grapes from a vineyard planted in 1972. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks. Here the wine ages on its lees for another 12 months.
