The Domain: Costaripa is located in the heart of the Valtènesi in Moniga del Garda.

The architecture of the place reimagines the features of the surrounding area and, through the use of natural materials, seamlessly blends in with local morphology and colors, achieving total harmony with the surroundings.

The winery has always represented the value of the quest for new technologies at the service of tradition and respect for a philosophy keyed wholly to quality.

In its close relationship with human beings, the company invites visitors to experience guided visits and tastings, allowing them to immerse themselves in the rich history and distinctive characteristics of its wines.

1928: Mattia Vezzola senior undertakes the production and sale of wine at Moniga del Garda.

1936
It all started with the deep passion of a man who, because he lived in an area with a historical vocation for “Rosé” wines, decided to launch out on his own into winemaking and winery management. Mattia Vezzola senior thus purchased his first vineyards in Moniga in the “Costa” locality, where the current Costaripa winery was to be built about 60 years later.

1938: The first Rosé wine was produced… “Chiaretto di Moniga” with the submerged-cap method.

1954: The second generation of the family, Bruno and Franco Vezzola continued to upgrade the quality of what was once called “Chiaretto di Moniga” both in terms of grape-growing and winemaking.
