LAFRENCHI, the little liberated French girl. This is the story of Julie, a pastry chef, epicurean and lover of gastronomy. She decided to embark on the adventure of entrepreneurship in order to make caramels and spreads healthier and more respectful of our environment while remaining as gourmet as ever .
She presents herself as a little woman with an extraordinary background. After studying graphic design, which allowed her to develop a certain creative ease, she worked for several years for the Apple brand.
In 2016, she retrained in pastry at the FERRANDI PARIS school in order to make her passion her profession. She had the opportunity to develop her knowledge with beautiful houses, notably alongside Nicolas Paciello, former pastry chef at the Prince de Galles hotel.
It was in 2016, as Christmas approached, that she had the idea of making small personalized gifts for her family. At the time, as she was retraining as a pastry chef, it was obvious to her that she would make a treat with her own hands .
From there, she came up with the idea of a deliciously gourmet caramel and spread with a good hazelnut flavor but above all without all the bad things we usually find inside. They were so successful that people asked her for more and more.
In 2018, she decided to quit her job in the hotel industry to throw herself 200% into this entrepreneurial adventure that she is passionate about every day. She develops 100% natural recipes that emphasize taste and quality with carefully selected ingredients. They are oil-free, preservative-free and artificial flavor-free . All the spreads and caramels are made with her little hands and 100% renewable electricity. She favors collaboration with French companies that represent 90% of her partners, whether it be her suppliers, her packaging manufacturers or the hosting of her website.
