Kokoa Kamili is a cooperative in the fertile lands of the Kilombero Valley. Working with nearly 3000 small farmers, they pay a premium for the wet cacao to then ferment and dry the beans at their facility. By taking over the post-harvest processes, they reduce the farmers' workload and have complete control over the consistency and quality of cacao beans.
