This is a light salty version of our TRIPLE CREAM cheese Delice d’Argental, flavoured with garlic and herbs (parsley and chives). A mild, creamy, slightly tart cheese. Moulding it by hand with a ladle makes this cheese incomparably smooth and melting. During its maturation, this cheese develops different kinds of white mould naturally, which are completely edible. The formation of this layer of mould is quite normal and contributes to the ripening of the cheese.
