Tasting Notes: Natural, elegant, dry red wine. This wine has a light ruby color with moderate garnet-colored red tears. Flawless nose full of ripe red berries with raspberry and juniper in the front, together with a light touch of dry twigs. The mouth has a fine texture with clear terroir accents, soft tannins and a variety of fruits in the moderately long finish. This is a drink-friendly wine that has character! Goes wonderfully well with veal, guinea fowl and lamb, purely baked and subtly seasoned; also beautiful with toast with Parisian mushrooms, risotto and pasta with tomato or fresh cheeses.

The Domain: The domain spreads over 12 hectares, scattered on some of the most beautiful appellations of Burgundy such as Saint-Romain, Rully Premier Cru, Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, Côte de Beaune.

Each parcel is treated with the greatest respect, according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The Domaine is one of the precursors in this field: it has been certified organic since the 1970s and biodynamic since 1996.

Patrick GIBOULOT has lived all his youth between the vines of the family estate. After a few years spent in the air force juggling between plans and flight lines, he returned in 2014 to the family land to juggle between vine plants and vineyard.Third generation of growers of the family vineyards, his only obsession is the quality of his great Burgundy wines and the respect of climates. Thanks to a traditional method of vinification, the respect of the soils and the cycles of nature, the wines of the domain have a greedy aromatic richness and a constant quality which make of it the signature of the Domain Patrick GIBOULOT.the management of the domain is established on the basis of a right balance between the dimension of pleasure which our wines gets and the respect of the ground which we cultivate. Thus we, it has for only obsession the quality of its great wines of Burgundy and the respect of the climates
