The Domain

It was in 1976 that the Roux family began to create their own wine.
For the record, Château la Pirouette takes its name from the place where it is located.
At the time, Mr. ROUX (Michèle Roux's father), a farmer, married a winegrower. Together in 1978, they decided to use their fertilized land to plant their own vineyard.
For several generations now, the Roux family has enjoyed taking special care of their vines. They cultivate them according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, to produce a wine as healthy as their father did at the time, because it has always been a priority for the family to bring out the best in the soil.
A great concern for the environment requires them to be extra vigilant, but modern techniques used in the service of oenology allow them to constantly progress.
Today, there are 33 hectares of vines that allow you to taste the great wines of Château La Pirouette.
